Ten things I do to unwind…

sit outside listening to birds, walk among trees, bake for someone, feed the squirrels, walk along the lakefront, READ, meditate, do full body stretches, do a puzzle, talk to a trusted friend

Bonus: Go to a coffee shop to journal with no expectations, cuddle with my dog, sit outside as a storm rolls in, clean a drawer or closet, take a nap
